Freeda Media is a leading digital media and marketing services company with a global community of over 11 million people interacting with its Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn channels. Our international team based in London, Milan and Madrid has specialism across tech, marketing and creative. We work globally with brands like Gucci, Lavazza, Golden Goose and Nike, amongst others, providing bespoke marketing solutions based on their specific needs.
We're currently looking for a Brand Solutions Manager/Lead to join our team in London!
What you’ll do:
Build relationships with direct clients and agencies alike, with a view to driving revenue across Freeda’s full product portfolio
Clearly and effectively communicate Freeda’s full range of marketing services to prospective clients
Adopt a consultative sales approach and provide intelligent solutions to any given marketing challenge
Lead the to end-to-end delivery of deals through pitch, negotiation and final execution, working with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal
Advise and develop creative commercial digital media packages for clients with an emphasis on branded content and integrated partnerships
Lead revenue generation for your client/agency patch, contributing to major deals and ensuring optimal results for media agencies, advertisers, retailers, and other commercial partners
Deliver advertising revenue targets and generate new revenue opportunities across all social platforms
Collaborate closely with the CRO, Head of Sales and the wider sales and management team on annual/quarterly/monthly revenue forecasts
Manage an accurate pipeline balancing long-term opportunities with short-term wins
Develop close working relationships internally and ensure ease of access to all areas of the business.
As the Brand Solutions Manager you will have/be:7+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth within a digital media/digital marketing sales environment
A black book of relevant client contacts that you can leverage to help drive revenue
A strong work ethic and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team
Strong commercial insight and a deep rooted knowledge of the UK social media marketplace, with an innate understanding of Millennial and GenZ communities
A confident, tenacious negotiator with the ability to leverage internal insights and data to create innovative solutions for our partners
An insatiable appetite for driving revenue growth and unearthing new business opportunities
Demonstrable ability to effectively develop and build relationships with clients direct, ad agencies, internal departments and all external partners
Experience in social digital solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building initiatives, promotion and campaign management
A creative, strategic thinker with a proven track record of selling partnerships and providing intelligent creative marketing solutions to clients
Ability to work with the content and marketing teams on creativity, planning output and sales results
A team player, excited about operating in a high energy, fast paced, scaleup environment
