We're looking for a Insight Specialist to join our team in Madrid!
This role will report directly to the Marketing coordinator.
This role will support the content and social media strategy by analyzing and monitoring all branded content. The role will also activate the paid social content activations across all the owned platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute compelling, engaging driven social media reports across all platforms;
- Work closely with the Marketing team of the new project to analyse content to support the Content Team in the creation of socially relevant content;
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the relevant/key social media analytic programs e.g., CrowdTangle;
- Organise and track advertising budgets and report back to the Marketing coordinator;
- Identify new trends in the media and publishing industries;
- Work closely with the marketing team to determine best practice, enthusiastically monitor analytics to gather social data and provide feedback to the creative team;
- Use current audience insights to identify opportunities for growth;
- Be curious and an avid social-listener and share any relevant news with the teams on a regular basis;
- Support in the communication strategy in amplifying Freeda's voice in the market through case studies, good practices, relevant insights, or valuable content.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube as a plus);
- A strong alignment with Freeda and a keen interest in similar brands;
- Strong organization when working across teams and platforms;
- Have strong social intelligence and ability to understand the trends of the media market;
- Fluent English;
- Have excellent knowledge of social media platforms and how the various algorithms work to analyse organic growth and engagement;
- Ability to set up, track and report on multiple paid social advertising campaigns and understand how to build audiences.
